Project logo #35

Arguably, the most important aspect of the project! Tentatively required for the milestone. As an idea, could just combine symbols "3" and "rs".

three-rs2 I thought about having the roman numerals III for the project logo. It didn't come out as well as I'd hoped but the idea is out there. https://github.com/three-rs/three/issues/35#issuecomment-309851441 is my favourite so far.

I'm not much of a graphics designer, so forgive me for not submitting a solid design. Maybe the Rotor in a wankle engine could be used, it has gear teeth so matches the rust sprocket design. Plus it is three sided.

The image is gone but the idea was to generate from PhotoFunia.com.

@csherratt this looks like a great start. Just need to be brushed off the high-frequency details, cleaned up, and added a bit of flavor.
