root-numpy faills to install #75

Describe the bug I tried to install a new environment in my laptop with the following instructions:

mamba create --name new_hal -c conda-forge -c threeml numpy scipy matplotlib ipython numba reproject "astromodels>=2" "threeml>=2" root
conda activate new_hal
pip install --no-binary :all: root_numpy
pip install git+https://github.com/threeml/hawc_hal.git

Everything seems to work up the point of installing root-numpy and I obtain the following output. root_numpy_installation_output.txt

mamba install -c conda-forge root_numpy This command worked for me
