misc installation issues #100

[x] installatie MI 2.28.11 als mogelijk
[x] upgraden naar 3DiTools 2.5.5 als mogelijk
[x] testen en eventueel updaten hhnk_threedi_tools
[x] sync environment-files met MI + plugins installatie

plugin 2.5.5 heeft een click-depencency-conflict icm 2.28.5. Voor in de release-notes:

vervang click in %PROGRAM FILES%\3DiModellerInterface 3.28\apps\Python39\Lib\site-packages\ voor click in c:\Users{user}\AppData\Roaming\3Di\QGIS3\profiles\default\python\plugins\ThreeDiToolbox\deps\ na installatie
