fix the explorer situation

the red is very confusing and also is now in the past, lets remove asap.

to fix

• link https://explorer.grid.tf/ to the top one which shows all capacity (simplified one)
• we need a simplified version to show all aggregated capacity and allows people to use a map better
• this simplified version needs to link to explorers of v3 (2.x not needed) per testnet
