TFNOW - Adjust template to be mpbile friendly

Currently the template is not mobile phones friendly and we need the side menu to have a place on phone Please see : https://now10.threefold.io/docs/digitalme/

This project is based on gridsome https://gridsome.org/ which is Vue based

requirements

• [ ] clone template repo to threefoldtech (https://docc-theme.netlify.app/)
• [ ] Make responsive changes there so we can reuse in future projects

These gridsome wiki's indeed needs to be mobile friendly. Please address this issue so that we can apply it for wiki's going forward as well.
