Multisig support #346

Threefoldchain currently supports spending tokens that require multiple signatures from different addresses. The application does not so it is currently limited to commandline clients only and unusable for normal users. This is required for corporate accounts and already requested by gig eu

No official planning request was asked. Can we close this?

Priority minor - feature requests should not be closed just because no action has been taken for a while. Let's add Q2 as milestone.

P.S. Please specify what a 'official planning request' is and how we should do this.

We only want issues that have been discussed with Tom, and are scheduled in the planning. But i will created milestones for plannend / unplanned, so we have a clear view
