The HE chain will be created by the TF team.

By default there should be 1 HET wallet & 1 TFT Wallet
It should be possible to give a wallet a name
For TFT, users need to see the lockup period per block of tokens

By default there should be a HET wallet. KDS wants to give 100 free HETs to new users.

As a verification that these tokens aren't given twice, we came up with the idea to give the tokens once they've sent an SMS to a specific number. The app can pre-populate this SMS, such that the user only needs to press Send. Is this idea doable?

Couple of issues, if we do it this way there will always be a HET wallet, so if the user already had a HET wallet and imports it he will now have 2, one of which is useless. We'll have to tell the user that in order to receive their "free" tokens they have to send an sms (which probably isn't free?). The sms should contain the address of the user.
