No support chat after reinstall using email address #361

This user reinstalled today, but his support chat isn't working. Which is logically, because the rogerthat user used to be different before (IYO-based installation, it was b02a7edaf00c09f3cdf1a9c60d6124d803eda0401c2a75a6c6138c28386f4f85@itsyou.online:em-be-threefold-token before).

we'd have to return a new conversation here if the email != rogerthat conversation email https://github.com/our-city-app/plugin-intercom-support/blob/e5ef46546472a673d6815f87a6eaaae28144238f/plugins/intercom_support/rogerthat_callbacks.py#L155 but there is no way to 'get' a chat to get its members
