define testnet Foundation (3Bot) Pool Addresses #242

Currently these are defined at temporary addresses. Before launch it should however be defined with their final addresses as it will be used in the field.

For testnet this is less important, but once we plan to launch to standard network that does become very important to solve first.

Can we close this @robvanmieghem, given that I think we are going to fade out the 3bot support entirely from tfchain. Or is this incorrect? Perhaps @despiegk could also clarify what are the plans related to 3bots and this chain.
