Metadata update on all pages.

We need to update the metadata on all the pages on the website as it is throwing 404 errors when we use the line checker.

For example

We do not have a header_new.jpeg image(Error 404 -> https://www.threefold.io/home/header_new.jpeg) on the masters branch, however we do have header_new.png

Will be creating issues for each page with the description and the correct image to attach.

@samtaggart @amandacaster, everything works fine except the people page image. I have no idea why So I think we can close this issue and create new one for just the People page and make blocked for now?

Based on @Ehab's comments have created issue #469 for the people page investigation. Closing this now.
