create about, mgmt and service page

[x] all html, css, js
[x] same as design on https://www.figma.com/file/N07USOu1ZyB4cBazzPWiC8/ZICTIA?type=design&node-id=547%3A22&mode=design&t=lvsPFRZzFnM9wuJX-1
[x] no dynamic section, hero / first section is one static img as design show
[x] mobile repsonsive
[x] navbar, footer, all same as homepage
[x] made sure chatbot available
[x] leave links blank for now is ok

please give me eta for the 3 pages?

About page finished for others, 2 pages are expected to be ready by Sunday end of the day .
