container: /public and /workdir are not correctly set by default #74

When running a container from public image, /public and /workdir are not correctly set and have to be specified on the config.py, this should be set automatically.

Fixed via https://github.com/threefoldtech/0-hub/commit/33d326f774e95f25c353e6c8d643f0b543711497 This fix zflist-bin auto configuration as well.
