963 dashboard blocked user still shows up in the list of contacts to share post #978

I thought we already discussed this yesterday that the filter on the backend is better then on the frontend. With suggested solution you filter 2 times in the backend(To get the blocked ones) and frontend(Use the blocked ones to filter the chats that includes everything). Now i filter only once in the backend and show them directly
