Spawner

A command line tool used for spawning and destroying benchmark VMs, it should do the following:

• Given a list of farm IDs, it should spawn VMs on all nodes in these farms (can be configured).
• It should pass the needed data for the VMs (Aggregator URL and token. Maybe IPs for iperf tests?) with Environment Variables.
• Since the number of VMs deployed might be large, a consideration for how to deal with failures must be set.
• It should take user configuration from a file, containing the following data:
  • Farm IDs
  • Deployment Strategy (All nodes in a farm, 70% of the nodes, etc..). Default 100%
  • All Grid endpoints (Graphql, Proxy, Relay, etc..)
  • Mnemonic
  • Failure strategy (Stop on failure, destroy all VMs on failure, retry n times, destroy VMs in farms with failing nodes, etc..) (needs more discussion)
• It shouldn't deploy on farms where benchmark VMs already spawned.
• It should have a command to destroy VMs on specified farms.
• It should have a command to list VMs and how long they have been running.
