why

now that we go commercial its good to have our governance more visible and understood

governance principles

validators and guardians

TFT treasury as owned by TFCloud will need voting from guardians before budget approval and use of funds
we have 9 guardians
each guardian need to sign agreement with TFCloud
each guardian runs physically a TF Validator see #1451

visualization

we have a governance page on website(s) can be as blog
needs to be in footer as well
needs to link to other information
- overview of tokens (stats of who owns, sells, ... , some wallets can be public named)
- tokenomics
- stats
- T&C
