continuation of #1467

Fungi Cluster = key value stor for blobs and any other structural data

• blobs = identified by a key (hash of the encrypted content)
• READ = redis to redis to any of the ZDB at the back, try the local one first
• WRITE = to consensus ring based on tendermint (as part of mycelium)
  • accept in queue
  • write to consensus ring ABCI
  • will come back over ABCI , if succesful the store in local ZDB
• WRITE VERIFICATION: re verify the hash (hash of the data is the key)
• WRITE OWNER = remember in ZDB who is the owner of the data, only the owner can delete
• SUPORT LINKS: $PUBKEY:$KEY -> $BLOB in ZDB (is to name a blob, but always pre-fixed with PUBKEY), only owner can change the link
• EXPIRATION = foresee an expiration time. added in the ZDB record (not used now)
• NEW: people need to authenticate using their public key and a signature of a seed given by ZDB cluster
• write a log: so ZDB Cluster Node knows amount of data read/written by a specific user

suggest first implementation Vlang with Threads, 1 per user session, should be very small
