each 3bot user should be able to publish any git/github repos and set certain tags for that repo content maybe with using hashtags #travel #life ..etc and other 3bots can look it up or search for content with hashtags as well.

@xmonader did some initial wire frames like:

• Main page to list current published sites/blogs...etc

• Publish form to publish new site/blog

• Searching page to search all of your 3bots (and others inside the newtwork)

Now, we didn't settle on how the publishing would be done, should we use packages or do this via actors?
