updated dedicated node section on gpu (now leads to new gpu section)
took the time to set some TOC details in concepts section
In short, we put a clear GPU section in the syadmin books, that also includes links to other GPU section of the manual (e.g. farmer GPU, go, terraform, playground, etc.)
A big part of the work has been taken from @A-Harby work here. So a big thank you for that.
