Library to Manual Transfer

This is a transfer from Library (threefoldfoundation) to Manual (threefoldtech), with many important T&C, definitions and legal terms. It would thus be great to have different reviews on this. Especially from legal and dev circles.

• To note
  • We keep the official source of truth disclaimer being the library legal repo, we can discuss when we remove it
• We use include to inject an md file (doesn't need to be a file in the SUMMARY) into the current md file

• We use HTML script to print the time of generation of the book (when server runs mdbook build)

* We leave some unused files for future library to manual transfer
* This should resolve many of the current issues
* After this PR is reviewed and accepted, we can then remove the FAQ questions leading to the library material
   * Users can use the search function and access all info
   * One of the FAQ functions was/is to link the manual to the library if pages are missing
* When we implement the website link checker, we can make sure all links work. For now, I did manual testing of each page locally. Let me know if you find broken links!

Update

• Added new commits to finalize the library to manual transfer. Most if not all the transfer should be done.
• The new commits answer this issue
