With the upcoming release of the new dashboard, we should update the manual.

TODO:

Update all UI related manual content with new 3.12 version

- [ ] Devs
- [ ] Sysadmins

@xmonader When we know we have the final version of the dashboard, we could start updating the manual with the new UI. Is the latest version of the new dashboard/playground ready? Or do you have any timeline? Thanks!

EDIT: As of the meeting, the UI should be on mainnet on 24-01-10.

Lots of changes in the manual, and also a big PR in draft coming to manual when 3.13 is out (see here)

When this PR is merged, we can check what kind of update is left to do, and by doing so fixing this issue.
