Instead of adding info on the wordpress section, we provide a new section FIle Transfer in sysadmin book, as file transfer with sftp and filezilla+sftp is generic for sysadmin and not only used for wordpress.
We now have scp, rsync, sftp and filezilla as file transfer docs.
