Add tfrobot docs in the TF Manual, as per ourworld.tf issue

We will be able to complete this issue when the mass-deployer is integrated in tfgrid-sdk-go, see this PR

Ongoing work in branch tf_robot: https://github.com/threefoldtech/info_grid/tree/development_tfrobot will update when tfrobot is released.
