To answer issue #381.

Work Done

Took the opportunity to make some small adjustments in the farmers book (removed all *** except after the TOC)
Restructure build a 3node section to keep it as simple as possible (6 steps)
- put gpu section in farming optimization, with url link on build a 3node page
add info on how to set additional fees and the billing to users and payments to farmers
