Improve Buy and Sell section

• remove gettft
• remove everything not needed or optimal
• put emphasis on stellar (and lobstr)
• we want a simple section for people to easily buy TFT
• we will discuss more in a meeting than implement the changes needed (@samtaggart, @scottyeager)
