• Further continued the manual reorganization

• Tested on https://www3.manual.grid.tf (development-split branch) (might not be this branch anymore, deploy locally to test if possible)
  • this means we know that all links are working (see last commit workflow)

@khaledyoussef24 Since you worked on the last big merge of the manual in two sections, it could be fitting if you want to have a look! No rush. As you feel. Thanks!

Things to note

I tried to aim for some uniform presentation.

• symmetry between two main sections
• 6 sections each
• dev, farmer, sysadmin tutorials are linked to tech, farming, cloud of library, and vice versa
  • so item 2,3,4 in list for each book.
• uniformized how the TOC and contents are presented throughout
• removed unneven pictures. will be able to add pictures with a clear new "image"/direction in design.

work done to fit with the overall manual. with more time I could do more but I think it's urgent for some reasons to merge this soon.

• wrote some places that next.dashboard.grid.tf should be used for now. but it's temporary

• Ideally with the new dashboard, we could restructure even more in terms of content the manual

  • simplify process, and avoid duplicate
  • by showing all the new dashboard, we cover a lot of stuff in other places (e.g. sysadmins' playground), I clean much of it, but it can be done even more.
