As explained by @scottyeager in the issue, at first I put all the theme directory and its files, but he highlighted the fact that we can just put the different file (here it is theme/index.hbs). This should be way easier to maintain

Added the Dashboard access via a new button on top right header of each page
Also changed the name of the book from ThreeFold Grid Manual to ThreeFold Manual so we can clearly see the book name when on a phone
