add stack manual info
- goal: from a to z host grid stack for 3 mainnets, on the grid

The info is almost all there: https://manual.grid.tf/documentation/developers/grid_deployment/grid_deployment.html
We just need to finalize the sections, i.e. add info on how to properly set daily updates
