Make sure all manual is compatible with mycelium planetary network instead of yggdrasil as we are going with mycelium as the planetary network

Fixed when #536 is merged.

Note: instead of changing the guides from ygg to myc, I updated ygg_ip to planetary_ip. At least all examples will still work. When mycelium is mature enough (works with windows, etc.) we can make sure all guides include mycelium.
