Clear all issues and PRs (reviews required) #543

Situation

The dashboard is now updated to 3.13 on mainnet. We want to make sure the manual is up to date with this new release (e.g. removed the dedicated machines section).

Todo

@xmonader can you check with the dev team to organize this? I can't review my own PRs of course. So if you guys could have a look, that would be amazing. In short, we can easily have 0 issues and 0 pull requests in this repo once we review the current PRs. Then we will be ready to tackle anything coming up for 3.14!!

So I assign you for this issue then you can assign dev members to review the PRs. I hope it's OK with you.
