Terraform mnemonic[s] #644

Our Terraform provider has a change coming whereby the mnemonics field will be renamed to mnemonic. There will also be a similar shift in the env var to MNEMONIC.

We'll need to update examples like the full VM guide and coordinate that with the release of the new provider version.
