Add signer to minting #31

To avoid delay I suggest we add an extra signer. I would be happy to do it or get Scott or Mik into the signing team.

FYI, this issue should ideally be in https://github.com/threefoldfoundation/tft-stellar, though it's not possible to move issues across organizations it seems
