Allow farmers to put their node in 'maintenance mode'

Would be a good feature to have, asked by community & approved by @despiegk

Farmers should be able to put their node(s) in maintenance mode for planned improvements / updates. This way it will not affect their uptime and we won't risk farmers shutting down their node for the entire month bc they won't meet the minimal uptime requirement.

Please define "maintenance mode", what is this? A period where this node cannot accept workloads, shut down, ... ?
