the dedicated flag on the proxy includes the dedicated farm's nodes and the nodes that could be dedicated. and the in_dedicated_farm flag which only includes the dedicated farms's nodes.
this is confusing for someone aware of the dedicated flag on the chain. it is better to make dedicated consistent with its functionality on the chain and came up with a new name describing what it do in the proxy.
