Add `P2P Apps` to dashbaord

There are new apps will be added in the dashboard. Holochain and Holohost.
in the sidebar under Applications there will be Peer to Peer Apps.
The P2P Apps will contain 2 cards one for Holochain and the other one is for Holohost.

Added initial UI for P2P apps section.
Added initial configuration for holochain and holohost similar to the microvm deployment.
Added the provided flist for holochain.

Added a password filed and its value is set as the value of CODE_SERVER_PASSWORD env var.
