What happened?

No available data isn't shown.

Steps To Reproduce

Go to https://staging.dashboard.dev.grid.tf/
login and navigate to your farms
choose a farm with no IPs added
check IP table

Work completed:

Added no data msg in public IP table & hide delete btn if table is empty.
