WIP:

Updated Jimber changes in grid client.
Replaced stellar-sdk w @stellar/stellar-sdk as the first was deprecated and did the necessary changes. However, some functions are falling and I'm currently investigating why.
Changed UI package to a private package and removed its workflow as it was failling
Removed unnecessary code from makefile
Fixed Playground & Grid Client build after merging development
Removed development_2.6 from all workflows
