Can't add a worker to Caprover deployment #984

Description

Testnet 2.1.0-rc8.

Can't add a Caprover worker after deploying a caprover, giving the error Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'validateSsh'). Untitled_ Aug 14 2023 7_05 PM.webm

Steps to reproduce

  1. Login
  2. Deploy a caprover (with/without a worker).
  3. Open Manage worker tab.
  4. Navigate to deploy and deploy a worker.

Verified, Testnet 2.1.0-rc10.

Issue is fixed and I was able to add a caprover worker successfully. image
