Ability to add custom flists to profile

I'd like the ability to add custom flist links to my profile, which would then be available from the drop down menus for micro and full VM. The flow could look like this:

1. Add a new top level tab to the VM deployment pages called "Manage VM Images"
2. Can specify the flist link (entry point for micro VMs) and give a name, save it
3. Now during deployment this image shows up in the drop down with the name given earlier
4. Bonus feature: allow saving flists inline during the deployment process, with a toggle that allows to save with a name
5. Can edit or delete these as needed on the manager tab

perhaps we can add the 3bot name to the profile as an optional parameter

if the 3bot name is specified, we could prepend the hardcoded list of available flists with that 3bot's flists.
