The structure is already defined and documented in README.md:

• Server: the implementation for the json rpc 2.0 server, all clients are opened up in there in server/pkg, in server/clients we added the implementation of API functions that we open up (if needed)
• Lib: is the V client that communicates with the rpc 2.0 server, it is a one to one mapping with the server
• Examples: contains many examples on how to use the lib to do things and all documentation on the examples can be found in manual/
• manual: contains the documentation on everything and the http output is generated everytime we push to development and then published in github pages (https://github.com/threefoldtech/web3_proxy/deployments/activity_log?environment=github-pages)

What should I refactor?
