VDC: define how to link vm, network,.. instances to a vdc #194

it can be placed in the name of the vm for example: vdc__ or vdc// The seperation character would become illegal for usage in at least a vdc name / might give issues or require urlencoding but is more clear and _ might be a useful character to use in a name.
