Display only countries which are relevant by farmer on 'Search for Capacity' #286

If a capacity user searches by farm name and then by country only the countries in which the farmer is present should be displayed. please change accrodingly:

This can't be as easily. currently the page is staticly generated. What is asked in this issue required to have some dynamic behavior based on other part of the form. While this is possible it would reuqires quote some change in the we we generate pages. Let's keep this open, but this won't be implement before the full rework of the directory
