privkey_words always need to be generated during JS installation #722

Now:

No privkey_words are generated during installation

Needed

privkey_words always need to be generated during JS installation in case js-private key has been lost for any reason. If js-private key can't be retrieved, the data ,that have been encrypted using it, is lost as well
