Error while starting kosmos shell or do( jsx generate) #621

Can not do jsx generate or start kosmos shell kosmos -p on unstable branch

This error happened because /sandbox/cfg/jumpscale_config.toml was deleted by accident.I have discussed the issue with @abom and we reached to the point that this file is so important and can not be removed so we can not consider this as an issue in the meantime else it was reproducible with other people
