Container install does not respect branch set in args.branch

When doing a container install it will always flip the branch to whatever was set in the 3sdk bin (for releases this is master)

We should be able to overwrite this on a per session bases in the args branch setting

Currently the only way to not flip your branches is by manally passing pull=Fase
