Optional attaching of a volume when creating a container using the generic flist chatflow

Afaik it's totally possible to have a volume reservation in the same reservation as the container.. so there is no need for 2 seperate reservations and payments

But when attaching the volume to the container I need to provide a reservation id for the volume as shown here https://github.com/threefoldtech/jumpscaleX_threebot/pull/746/files#diff-e27990502904cf31b839b628ec93acc6R201. If I do them in one reservation I wont have the reservation id
