Add new monitoring chatflow to deploy prometheus, grafana, and a redis container
Add monitoring chatflow solution schema
Create grafana package to add location to be used in admin dashboard
Add the monitoring chatflow to the admin dashboard
Add optional logs to redis in the following chatflows: Gitea, Minio, Ubuntu, Generic flist(your_flist), monitoring(prometheus and grafana)
