explorer: add CPR on node info screen #779

pls add cpr (cpr = 1.5 * CU + SU) on node info screen in the explorer. CPR = Cloud Production Rate

@andhartl Something like this ? Is the CPR supposed to be shown as a floating point ? or is it like the resource unit an integer ?

best would be to show it as floating point. just need the total cpr number that the particular node generates. do not need to show how much cpr is used.
