Cannot get to the payment step for reservation #785

having issue when trying to deploy container on mainnet

  1. Created a network
  2. Deployed ubuntu container (everything went well, Ive reserved it for 1 month and paid 19 TFT for it)
  3. When trying to deploy second ubuntu container, it gets stuck on Deploying... screen of the chatbox and nothing happens. It does not ask me for any payments this time. Tried to deploy flist container, same story If I refresh the page, it redirects me on the first screen

2020-07-03 19 10 29 tried it ~20 times already, with freefarm, out of this attempts Ive got 3-4 times to the payment step. And cannot identify in which case it works and in which case it doesnt… Looks like completely random.. tried to play with all params, both for ubuntu and flist

no errors in alerts

@nbabenko I can't reproduce it . I created 3 ubuntu machine after create network , and everything works good

I've seen this too, though over on the marketplace alpha test (guessing there's some shared code on the backend). The difference between my first unsuccessful deployment and second successful deployment was that I specified a node ID the first time but did not the second time. A couple of more recent tests have successfully reached the payment screen regardless of node ID specification.

Hello @scottyeager , can please give me Reservation_ID to check what is the problem ( if deployed or timeout ) ? Thanks.
