prepare 5 nodes on Ghent dc for bc testnets

We'll need the following:

• [x] Set up new private zerotier network for management
• [x] Get 5 nodes from dc
  • [x] Get nodes, write down serials so they can be removed from stock/backend
  • [x] Retrieve possible coins/blockstakes on the nodes, if any
  • [x] Disable secure boot if enabled
  • [x] Rewrite USB's to boot latest master of zero-os
• [x] Create 0-robot templates
  • [x] Get repo for templates
  • [x] Blockcreator template
  • [x] Explorer template
• [x] Flists which contain the right binaries
  • [x] IYO organization
• [x] IP address - 1 per container
• [x] Find space in DC to place nodes (cc @delandtj )
• [x] URL's for explorers (and possibly bootstrap nodes)

Once we have all that we can do the initial setup and deployment

Deploy will be 3 block creators / 2 explorers
