allow user to choose expiration in months #32

currently we let the user choose the how long does he want his nodes to live Screenshot from 2021-06-10 15-29-27 should we keep it like this or we let him choose how many months he wants this solution ?

Let's keep it. No harm there. Would be nice to have 2 options though:

[ ] choose expiration date
[ ] no expiration date (aka runs as long as funds are provided)
